Thunder Bay District's Social Services To Be Enhanced By Implementing Altus Dynamics NAV 2013

Online, July 30, 2013 (Newswire.com) - In late 2012, The District of Thunder Bay Social Services Administration Board began the process of looking for a new financial management solution to replace their existing, SAP-based system. They initially reached out to Microsoft Canada for advice and guidance as to suitable solutions and potential implementation partners. The Board had developed an IT strategy aligned to Microsoft solutions, and felt their new ERP solution should maximise the benefits of that strategy and the investment they had made.

"Their existing SAP solution was provided by a third party for a number of years. Over the years they had developed a more Microsoft-focused IT strategy internally and wanted to align their new financial management and HR solution more closely with the rest of the Microsoft-based products in use." commented Chief Technology Officer at Altus Dynamics, James Faw.
