Royal Conservatory Of Music Gets Its IT In Tune, With Altus Dynamics NAV

Canadian based ERP & CRM solutions provider Altus Dynamics is delighted to welcome one of the largest and most respected music education institutions in the world - the prestigious Royal Conservatory of Music, to its customer community

Providing the definitive standard in music education through its curriculum, assessment, performance, and teacher education, the programs of The Royal Conservatory have had a substantial impact on the lives of millions globally. The Royal Conservatory, now in its 125th year, has helped to train a number of great artists including Glenn Gould, David Foster, Sarah McLachlan and Diana Krall.

"It was time that, in order to continue to provide for the future of The Conservatory, we needed the information technology and more specifically the finance and reporting tools to enable management to make informed and timely decisions", commented Nick Phillips, VP Finance at The Conservatory. "We needed to replace what we had with a mid-market, flexible solution that we could see will be supported in the long term, both in terms of investment and functionality. After extensive investigation we realised that Microsoft Dynamics gave us that, and coupled with the implementation experience of Altus Dynamics, we feel confident we've made the right choice."

The Conservatory will be implementing the latest version of NAV, Altus Dynamics NAV RTC R2 featuring the role tailored dashboards and functionality of the latest release. This solid finance backbone will, amongst other things, allow The Conservatory to support multiple companies, in multiple currencies and collect the data needed for producing powerful reports via Jet Reports.

"We're very happy that The Royal Conservatory of Music selected us to help them modernise and improve their back office systems. To have such a prestigious organisation, with a worldwide reputation for excellence, as a client, is a real honour. We're really looking forward to putting in place the solutions to allow them to continue to excel and lead in their field, particularity as they expand into the US, in partnership with Carnegie Hall", said Colin Dickinson, Managing Partner at Altus Dynamics.
