From small beginnings, Altus Dynamics has grown to a leadership position within the Microsoft Dynamics Partner Network with specific focus on providing business solutions for public sector organisations in Canada and the USA.

Altus Dynamics has undergone a dramatic evolution over the past 10 years, expanding from an ERP solution provider to the Non-Profit and Public Sector, to Employee SharePoint Portals and in the last 3 years, becoming a leading Dynamics CRM Partner. Along the way, it has racked up an impressive list of customers, honours and corporate milestones including winning Client Experience and Dynamics CRM Partner of The Year at the 2012 Microsoft IMPACT Awards.

Much of its success over the past 10 years has also been driven by three elements; 1. The force of its employees, 2. The strong partnership it has forged with Microsoft and 3. During that time it has helped tens of thousands of employees manage their accounting, build and manage useful budgets, manage employee data, process payroll, submit purchases and even help do better fundraising, events, stay better in touch with their contacts and manage programs. Beginning with its first customer, The United Church of Canada, the Founding Partners, James and Nicola set their sights high for the fledgling business. Mid-way through the decade, the Vancouver Olympics Organising Committee (VANOC) chose it as their solution partner for all their accounting, budgeting and HR solution needs. Watching the highly successful 2010 Winter Olympic Games unfold was one of the proudest moments for the employees of Altus Dynamics and their Founding Partners. During its first decade it also embraced 'The Cloud', with its first and largest Cloud customer in 2010, Big Brothers and Big Sisters of Canada. Arguably the Education sector has been its greatest success, rising to become a leading contender in the education sector including School Boards, Private Education and Higher Learning. It counts York Region District School Board, Waterloo Catholic District School Board and Louis Riel School Division amongst its clients.

And in this, its 10th year, it promises to be the best one in company history. With a lineup of new customer go lives, customer upgrades and new product releases, including its recently launched Altus Dynamics NAV 2013 financial management, HR and Payroll suite, it will be a very busy year.

Today, the company's footprint spans Canada and into the USA, with its sights set on further international growth in the near future. Looking ahead, Altus Dynamics' 10th year begins a new phase in its evolution. New geographies, more investments in industry specific features and benefits from its platforms for CRM and ERP, leveraging cloud based solutions and building bigger and better solutions for leading non-profit and public sector organisations.
