Multi-award winning Canadian Microsoft Partner, Altus Dynamics welcomes Enactus Canada as the latest non-profit to purchase the Altus Dynamics CRM 2013 software solution with the goal of improving organizational and data collection capabilities.
Toronto, ON, July 11, 2014 (Newswire.com) - Enactus Canada is a community of students, academics and business leaders whose goal is the advancement of the business community through entrepreneurial action. As the organization grew, it became very challenging to manage contacts, donors and accounts using the existing paper and Excel spreadsheet system. Recognizing the roadblock to growth, management began investigating potential constituent relationship management solutions to streamline and manage their data and processes.
Through a detailed search process Microsoft Dynamics CRM was selected, beating out Salesforce.com to secure the opportunity to work with Enactus Canada. Altus Dynamics’ specialties include CRM software for not for profits in Canada and over the years it has worked with a range of non-profit clients, most recently Futurepreneur. This experience gave Altus Dynamics insight into the needs and requirements Enactus Canada would be seeking. Ultimately Enactus Canada selected Altus Dynamics and Microsoft Dynamics CRM because the system has the ability to organize, forecast, and manage their contacts with the ability to provide donation and event management in the future. In the future, it will also help Enactus Canada build relationships and capture more information about program participants, judges and donors than ever before.
With a go live date of August 2014, Enactus Canada will very rapidly realize the benefit of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2013.
