Robin Hood Association, an existing customer using Altus Dynamics ERP to manage their financial management requirements, has further embraced the Dynamics family of solutions, purchasing Altus Dynamics CRM 2013.
Online, July 7, 2014 (Newswire.com) - The Robin Hood Association operates 4 major facilities and 41 residential group homes. With such a large network of locations, they identified the benefits to be gained from a solution to house all of their client data, as a means of improving service delivery. Following the positive results gained from their existing Altus Dynamics solution, the Robin Hood Association engaged Altus Dynamics to provide a CRM solution that met their needs and an implementation team that could deliver.
Currently their client management processes are predominantly paper-based, resulting in significant manual, time consuming processing. Files are kept in hard copy, meaning all client information is site specific and needs to be physically retrieved on-site for reference. The new system will securely store documents online in a singular database where employees can access client documents (such as medical, behavioural, or relationship history) from locations other than the head office. This will not only increase operational efficiency and insight but the well-being of their clients, as vital information can be quickly accessed.
With the implementation of Altus Dynamics CRM, the Robin Hood Association will also be able to forecast and track the organization as a whole - allowing for better service, forecasting future needs and services and providing a more stable information environment.
Their new Altus Dynamics CRM solution is scheduled to be live later this year. Once fully operational, employees can look forward to benefiting from the ability to track, monitor and view history for all of their clients in one system from any location.
