Microsoft Canada Inc Recognizes Achievements Of Leading Canadian Technology Partners'.

Altus Dynamics a Customer Experience Partner of the Year Finalist in the 2011 Microsoft Partner Network IMPACT Awards

Altus Dynamics announced that it has been selected as a finalist in the Customer Experience Partner of the Year category for the 2011 Microsoft Partner Network IMPACT Awards. The ninth annual IMPACT Awards recognize excellence within the Microsoft technology partner community in Canada.

"Technology partners are at the core of Microsoft's business." said Neil Tanner, Vice-President, Small Business, Midmarket Solutions & Partners, Microsoft Canada Inc. "We are honoured to celebrate and recognize the outstanding achievements of industry leaders like Altus Dynamics through the Microsoft Partner Network IMPACT Awards. We are proud to work with them as they deliver innovative solutions to mutual customers."

Altus Dynamics was chosen as a finalist in Customer Experience Partner of the Year for their Client Success Program and approach to customer service. The Program strives to establish and maintain long term customer relationships via a range of tools including ensuring smooth handovers, regular planned communication, liaising between the client and Altus Support and product road-mapping.

"We are pleased to receive this recognition for our Client Success Program. It covers the entire "rhythm of the relationship" with our clients from the date of sale to an on-going partnership with their solution well after they go-live and for years to come. It took months of planning and cross department meetings to ensure the program had company-wide buy in, was sustainable and covered everything that we believe is important to the client. Our entire Client Success Team works very hard to ensure that we're moving our Client Happiness metrics (C-HAP not C-SAT) in the right direction", commented Altus Dynamics Managing Partner, Colin Dickinson.

Altus Dynamics, along with other technology partner winners and finalists in each of the award categories, will be honoured at an award ceremony in Toronto on November 30, 2011.
