Grain Farmers of Ontario Sow The Seeds Of Future Success With Altus Dynamics CRM

The need to bring together the three sectors of their mandate and enhance the service offered to the farmers of Ontario has resulted in Grain Farmers of Ontario appointing Altus Dynamics of Toronto.

Altus Dynamics announces today that Grain Farmers of Ontario (GFO) has chosen to implement their Constituent Relationship Management application based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. The tailored solution is designed to provide the organization with better data analysis and tracking in addition to improving efficiency of GFO's operations.

"When we began our search we naturally circulated our RFP to specific vendors into the Agriculture sector. However a member of our team had heard of Altus Dynamics through their work with certain Universities and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Canada, so we decided to include them in the proposal process. It quickly became apparent that what they lacked in Sector knowledge they more than made up for in Industry and Solutions expertise," commented Brenda Miller-Sanford, Manager, Projects, at Grain Farmers of Ontario. "And luckily we did as they helped us visualize how the solution they could implement would help us solve the specific issues we as an organization, along with our members, are facing, in a cost effective way."

By using Microsoft Dynamics CRM as a solution development framework, GFO can invest once, yet benefit from multiple applications based around a functional and cost efficient platform that is intuitive and easy to use. The inherent nature of the Dynamics platform also provides future flexibility for growth, while being part of the Microsoft family of software ensures ease of integration into standard Office applications such as Outlook and Excel.

"GFO was facing a not too uncommon scenario - as an amalgamation of three previously separate bodies, they inherited three separate systems and the issues associated with that. What Altus Dynamics CRM could bring to the table was one holistic system which will provide greater sharing of information, reporting and tracking capability. It will allow GFO to better serve the sectors they cover and the members they serve, while incorporating the flexibility to easily expand the system in the future", added Craig Kasperski, CRM Account Executive, Altus Dynamics.

"I'm very excited about this project. GFO's requirements have presented some unique challenges for us as a team, and I for one look forward to meeting those challenges with innovative solutions", commented James Faw, VP of Product Innovation at Altus Dynamics.
