Microsoft Canada Inc recognizes achievements of leading Canadian technology partners.

Altus Dynamics announced today that it has won Microsoft Dynamics CRM Partner of the Year and Customer Experience Partner of the Year at the 2012 Microsoft Partner Network IMPACT Awards. Now in its tenth year, the annual IMPACT Awards recognize excellence within the Microsoft technology partner community in Canada.

"As recognized at the annual IMPACT Awards, there is tremendous momentum in our Partner Community because stronger customer relationships are being built," said Mark Dodds, Vice-President of Small Business, Midmarket Solutions & Partners, Microsoft Canada Inc. "Technology Partners like Altus Dynamics are always finding new and exciting ways to develop and deliver innovative technology solutions, making them true leaders in their respective fields."

The Microsoft Dynamics CRM Partner of the Year Award recognizes a partner that has excelled in providing innovative and unique sales, services, solutions, and/or support based on Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Altus' profiled client, Pathways to Education Canada highlighted their benefits from working with Altus Dynamics to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM and how Altus's services and the Dynamics solution has improved the organization's ability to serve more at-risk school going children, and serve them better. The second win is Customer Experience Partner of the Year, which is Altus' 2nd consecutive win for this award category. The Altus' Customer Success Program and approach to customer service formed the basis of the winning submission. The Program strives to establish and maintain long term customer relationships via a range of tools including ensuring smooth handovers, regular planned communication, liaising between the client and Altus Support and product road-mapping.

"We're delighted to be recognised once again by Microsoft for our customer's successes, as well as Altus' efforts and hard work. It's been a great year for us in terms of new customer adds as well as peer recognition. We followed up our win at the IMPACT Awards in 2011 with Finalist places in two global awards, Public Sector Industry Partner of the Year and Cloud Partner of the Year, and now two more wins at IMPACT 2012. At Altus we believe our customers' success is our success. We do this by leveraging our methodologies, services and talented people. To have that acknowledged through the Microsoft Awards programs, is icing on the cake." commented Altus Dynamics' Managing Partner, Colin Dickinson. "The management team have put huge focus on creating innovative solutions based on Microsoft technologies to meet the challenges experienced by the Public Sector. Equally important to us is our focus on serving our customers as best as we possibly can, and that combination is paving our way to continued success." he added.

The awards ceremony took place at the new Four Seasons Hotel located in Yorkville, Toronto on November 13, 2012.
